Removal
Do not tip battery more than 40
degrees during removal. |

Disconnect battery positive and ground
cable, Fig. 1. |
2. |
Loosen nuts that fasten battery hold-down
bar bracket, Fig. 1. |
3. |
Remove battery hold-down bar bracket
with nuts attached. |
4. |
Remove battery from battery tray. |

Installation
2. |
Install battery hold-down bar bracket
and torque retaining nuts to 35 inch lbs. |
3. |
Connect battery positive and ground
cable. Torque cable clamp nuts to 89 inch lbs. |
