Removal

1.	Remove tire and wheel assembly.

2.	Remove eight quarter panel liner screws, Fig. 1.

3.	Remove three quarter panel liner retainers, Fig. 1.

4.	Remove quarter panel liner, Fig. 1.

Installation

Reverse procedure to install. Torque screws to 22 inch lbs.
