Chevrolet Captiva Service & Repair Manual: Coolant Hose, Replace

Lower

1. Drain cooling system into a suitable container.
2. Reposition hose clamp at radiator outlet and remove hose.
3. Reposition hose clamp at engine and remove hose.
4. Remove hose from vehicle.
5. Reverse procedure to install.

Upper

1. Drain cooling system into a suitable container.
2. Remove upper fascia retainers from radiator support.
3. Remove upper radiator bracket bolt from radiator support.
4. Remove upper radiator bracket from radiator.
5. Reposition hose clamp at radiator inlet and remove hose.
6. Reposition hose clamp at engine and remove hose.
7. Remove hose from vehicle.
8. Reverse procedure to install.
